We are delighted that it's getting closer to the day that we can finally welcome you into the salon again. We are thrilled to let you know that we are planning to reopen on 4th July. We cannot wait to welcome you back into the salon for a much needed catch up and pamper.
We want our salon to be somewhere you can relax and feel safe so things will be a bit different for the next few months.
In the short-term we will be pausing our online bookings. We will be only be taking appointments by phone. You can call the Salon on 01753 546431. However, if you have any queries at all, please email email@example.com and we will get back to you when we can.
It is our mission to comply with social distancing restrictions whilst accommodating all of our amazing clients. Because of this, we have decided to reduce the number of stylists in the salon each day and to open for longer hours. We will be taking less clients at any one time and will ensure your stylist will only be treating one client at a time. Therefore, we will now be open:
Monday: 9am – 6pm
Tuesday: 9am – 9pm
Wednesday: 9am – 6pm
Thursday: 9am – 9pm
Friday: 8am – 7pm
Saturday: 8am – 6pm
Sunday: 10am – 4pm
As we have we been apart for a while now, your usual treatment may need to be changed up or you may wish to have few treatments to make up for lost time. That said, for the safety of everyone in the salon there are also some treatments that won’t be available just yet:
72 hair treatments
However, we do have a new treatment which we will be adding to our service list in the mean time: Pin Up - £33.
This service is offered after your hair cut. We pin curl your hair when it is damp and you leave the salon with your hair in pins. Once you are home and your hair is dry, you can take out the pins and see your natural waves.
So as our big reunion looms, we know some of you will be feeling so excited about coming in to see us while others will be feeling somewhat nervous and anxious. It is our goal that every single one of you can feel comfortable and safe in the salon, so please bear with us whilst we navigate some new measures.
Firstly, we are kindly asking that if: You have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days; or You have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days. That you rearrange your appointment for no sooner than 14 days from your original appointment.
Be prompt to your appointment. Due to limited number of people in the salon at any one time, prompt arrival will aid comfort and safety of the team and fellow clients. Unfortunately, if you are late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment;
Arrive alone for your appointment;
Wait in your car or outside in fresh air if you are early for your appointment. (by all means please call us when you arrive, so we know we can be expecting you shortly);
Please only approach the reception desk one person at a time;
Sanitise your hands when you arrive at the salon (in addition, you will find sanitiser and tissues at all stylist sections);
Keep a space of 2 metres between you and anyone else in the salon;
Do not touch or shake hands with anyone else in the salon;
Wear a face covering. We will all be wearing face coverings and would appreciate you to do the same. If you do not have your own, we can provide you with one at an additional cost of £2;
Please pay by card if you can.
Suspending our beverage and magazine services. You are very welcome to bring your own flask or water bottle and kindle or book to read;
Suspending the use of the cloak room for the time being. Please limit the amount of personal items you bring with you into the salon. Anything brought in will need to be kept with you at all times;
Spacing out appointments to reduce the number of people present and to allow extra time for cleaning/sanitisation;
Sanitising of personal spaces and hand washing will take place in between clients. As well as more frequent cleaning of high touch common area surfaces;
Sanitising all our equipment after every client. (Our team have been informed and trained on sanitisation best practices).
Finally, thank you for your patience. Many of you have been in touch regarding the salon re-opening and a waiting list has been opened. As you can imagine, with reduced capacity in the salon and longer appointments times we are expecting longer lead times. With this in mind, we recommend you book your next appointment as you leave the salon at which time we may ask for a non-refundable 25% deposit.
