Our team are incredible; they are wholeheartedly committed to doing their absolute best in providing a great hairdressing experience for you. We believe that up-to-date training it vital to bringing you the latest trends and therefore, we currently have two Wella Colour Experts and three qualified Beauty Works hair extension technicians amongst our team.

My journey began at Bifolco & Matty when I was 16 years old, I knew I wanted to make people feel beautiful so I become a hairstylist. I love spending time with my clients listening to their needs to create the perfect cut and color and making them look and feel a 'million dollars'. I enjoy coloring hair which includes balayage, highlights and any sort of creative coloring. It is important to me to keep current with latest techniques, technology and fashion. I think it is important to make clients feel special and help them look their absolute best. I have really enjoyed sharing out latest reconstructive treatments and most recently Beauty Works hair extensions. I work every day doing my hobby so I don't feel I work at all. My family are my world. I have a close family with lots of siblings and we all have children of our own. The Bifolco & Matty family is just an extension of my family.

Advanced Stylist / Wella Color Expert
I have been in the hairdressing industry since I was sixteen years of age. I have worked my way up to be a young stylist with lots of hard work, but most importantly , doing everything I love! I love creating hair colors to perfectly match each individual finishing with styling my clients for big nights out and hearing all about it on their next appointment. My favorite technique is balayage in a variety of ways to personalise each client and then finishing off with a beautiful wave to enhance the placement of color. I enjoy socialising in my spare time and just enjoying life as it comes- every day brings a new adventure.

I have loved being at Bifolco & Matty for nearly 20 years. I am married with 2 little boys which are my world. It is my aim in life to make sure we are all happy, spending quality time together, experiencing as much of the world as possible. I started working in the salon when I was just 16 as an apprentice hairdresser. By the time I was 18 I had completed my NVQIII which at the time was my biggest achievement of my life. I have been lucky enough to attend many courses since I qualified; most recently attending Beauty Works hair extension course. I have entered competitions along the way which I was happy to have both won or come placed in. I have thoroughly enjoyed working my way through the ranks to become part of the management team. Being a hairdresser doesn't feel like a job, my loyal clients are now like friends who I look forward seeing regularly! With my extensive knowledge of the latest trends and products they are always keen to hear my friendly advice and recommendations on how to keep their hair look amazing. Hi, my name is Ella and I'm one of the Stylist at Bifolco & Matty. I have been at the salon for 4 years and have enjoyed every minute of becoming a qualified hairdresser. I enjoy creating all of the latest trends and styles. I look forward to helping you create your dream hair.

My name is Ellie and I am currently an apprentice training to become a hairdresser at Bifolco & Matty. I’ve always had a passion for hair and I love seeing the different techniques and watching the transformations take place! You will find me helping the other stylists around the salon or behind the basin ready for your hair wash! I love doing my own clients on our Wednesday model nights and I can’t wait to keep on improving.

My name is Ellise, I trained and qualified at Bifolco & Matty. Since then I have worked my way up to Intermediate Stylist. I am so happy and proud of my achievements so far. I love to make clients feel confident and good about themselves; it is the most rewarding part of my job. Bifolco & Matty is such a friendly salon to work in and I am happy to say we are a family and the dream team. I love to dress hair for that special occasion too. I look forward to welcoming you.

I am the new stylist on the block and have found my home with the wonderful team at Bifolco & Matty. I enjoy all things health and fitness and believe when we feel good our whole mindset changes. Nothing makes us feel better than fabulous hair and what can be better than giving the gift of confidence every day.
I love everything about the hair industry, watching trends change through the years and then watching them come back round with a fresh twist. Exploring new techniques and products to create beautiful hair colours and styles keeps my career exciting.

I have been part of Bifolco & Matty for over 20 years and I am happy to be a part of the team, appreciating and respecting everyone and valuing all their special and different talents. Front of house is very important to me as I believe atmosphere and vibe are key. I love making people feel happy and comfortable. Welcoming clients as soon as they walk through the door is everything because first impressions are lasting, so I make sure every experience is a good one. My family are my life, I am creative and I have a passion for doing makeup and flowers and every other aesthetic pleasure.

I have worked in Bifolco & Matty for 17 years but have been hairdressing since the early 80,s with all its big hair, spiral perms and soft punk: anything from culture club, Adam Ant to human league. During the 90's I traveled and worked in Italy learning a lot, not only hair but fashion, food and culture. my forte is short hair for men or women. I enjoy creating strong lines and classic looks with an edgy feel with colors that complement everyone. I still enjoying creating and I don't think you can ever switch off. I enjoy oil painting, playing the guitar and reading as well as a passion for music and old movies.

My name is summer and I’m currently a apprentice at Bifolco & Matty. I love learning new things such as: different styles of cutting, highlights, balayage, perming.
Learning new skills to be able to make clients feel confident and beautiful makes me feel incredible. I’ve wanted to be a hairdresser all my life and I’m finally getting the opportunity to make my dreams come true. I hope I see some of you soon and I hope you get to enjoy my hair wash and massage.

I have been at Bifolco & Matty for 23 years as a receptionist. I really enjoy organising the team’s day so that the day runs as smoothly as possible and every client gets the right amount of time with their desired stylist. I love to watch the transformation of every client as they come in and go out. Clients often come in stressed and exhausted and leave feeling revitalised and beautiful. Outside of the salon I spend my time with my family and friends. My husband and I enjoy a bit of up-cycling.
